Description

The Spanish style olives (Hojiblanca variety) are harvested not in their total ripeness, darkened through oxidation process and which lost their bitterness through treatment with alkaline bleach. The product is then classified and selected, de-stemmed, mechanically pitted and sliced, washed and packaged into tins.
